Study Online or In Class

The CNM Health Coach Diploma course is a 5-part course to teach you all you need to know to become a successful Health Coach.

You will learn how the body works, study the basics of nutrition, practice simple and effective fitness regimes, know how to coach clients to achieve their goals and how to set up your business. CNM’s Health Coach course consists of 600 hours of life-changing education.

The CNM Health Coach course can be studied In Class or Online. Regular assessments, tutorials and webinars make sure graduates are ready and fully equipped to see clients from the moment they qualify.

Graduates leave with a full package of dietary and business support to help them start a thriving business as a Health Coach.

Health Coach Course Overview

The Health Coach course can be completed in 6 – 12 months. The 600 hours of training are broken down as follows:

How the Body Works: 100 hours
Nutrition and Health: 100 hours
Fitness and Exercise: 50 hours
Coaching Skills: 250 hours
Business, Marketing and Promotion: 100 hours

Health Coach Diploma

CNM’s Health Coach Diploma comprises of five key modules which need to be completed in consecutive order, starting from module one onwards.

Module 1: How the Body Works

This comprehensive module teaches you how the body functions and explains each of the body systems in detail – from digestion and immune function through to brain and reproductive health. Discover how food, environmental factors and lifestyle affect the body on a cellular level, both positively and negatively, and how to support the body to prevent disease processes from occurring.

Module 2: Nutrition and Health

In this deeply insightful module, you will grasp the fundamentals of nutrition and how to adopt a healthy diet. Learn about a range of popular dietary models, key vitamins and minerals and the applications of food for health improvement. You will be able to advise clients on how to support their health through the life stages, supercharge their health with superfoods, avoid hidden sugars and harmful additives, and apply safe detoxification protocols.

Module 3: Fitness and Exercise

Understand the impact that movement has on health and how to tailor fitness plans to your client’s needs. You will be able to support clients in achieving optimal body composition by implementing a balanced exercise routine into their lives. Learn how diet impacts performance and the nutrients needs when working out.

Module 4: Coaching Skills

Become skilled at problem-solving and identifying a client’s strengths and where they need additional support to achieve their full potential. Learn how motivate and inspire clients to create real, long-lasting changes to improve their health and obtain balance in their lives. At the end of the course, you will be a master communicator and be able to efficiently support and encourage your clients to succeed and be the best versions of themselves.

Module 5: Business, Marketing and Promotion

This highly-acclaimed module offers intensive business training and marketing know-how. You’ll learn how to adopt a social media strategy and build an engaged audience, create a website, write blogs, collaborate and partner with synergistic businesses, generate PR opportunities and promote and market your business.
